The Quick and Dirty

  • • $10 flat per event. No tiers, no upsells, no “premium placement” nonsense.
  • • Launch deal: use coupon code FIRSTMONTHFREE at checkout for a free submission through June 1, 2026.
  • • No review queue. The moment your payment clears, your event publishes to the calendar.
  • • You can edit or cancel your own events any time.
  • • Any event type counts: sales, new releases, cover reveals, blurb reveals, Patreon parties, Facebook parties, Zoom hangouts, virtual cons, in-person signings, conferences, rereleases, “I just want to hang out and talk about books for an hour”—whatever you’ve got cooking, it has a category.
  • • AI is not permitted. Please refrain from submitting works that contain generative AI, including images, prose, blurbs, or any other generated material.
  • • If you need a new category or option, talk to our support team at hello@queerasfic.com or message Devon directly.

First Time Submitting?

Three things that’ll save you a headache:

  1. Sign up first. The submission form needs you to be logged in.
  2. Have your event image ready. Images should be under 800kb, and under 2000px on the longest side. Portrait images work best.
  3. Pick the right event type.
    • a. Single = a one-shot event on one date (release day, a signing).
    • b. Recurring = an event on a regular pattern (a weekly Patreon party, a monthly Zoom hangout).
    • c. Repeating = a multi-day event that runs continuously (a 3-day sale, a weekend convention).
    • d. When in doubt, pick Single and message me if it doesn’t fit — I’d rather fix it than have you wrestle with the form.
